Exhibitor Info, To book a table at one of our events you have to be an approved Exhibitor/Trader/Artist
We have a large and varied network of businesses that exhibit and trade at our events and we love to welcome new ones to the community. We rarely don’t approve people unless we feel the standard doesn’t match our events or needs more work so in this case we will contact anyone we DON’T approve.
Once approved you’ll be added to the private facebook traders group and whatsapp where we organise bookings for events.

- Have some social media sites set up for your business or pictures of what you intend to sell
- E-Mail ian@bgcp.co.uk to express interest
- Fill out application form sent to you followed by sending over pictures of previous stalls and PLI
